Still visualising (variation on slow syncopating)

a score for 2-5 performers
you will need to have previously created your performance of the score slow syncopating
stand side by side facing audience
syncopate your breath in readiness to begin cycle 1

perform the score slow syncopating
however do not actually make the movements
instead feel/sense/visualise each action
with each inbreath and outbreath
stay aware of the performers on either side
maintain syncopation of breath
